We do not offer refunds, if you are not happy with your size or style we are more than happy to exchange the piece for you (subject to availability). Alternatively, we are happy to offer a credit note for you. Credit Notes are valid for 2 years from the date the item is returned.
We do not offer money refunds.

If you would like to exchange a size or style, please notify us by email at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you with sizes and styles.
Items for exchange or credit must be returned to Harmony and Grace in the original packaging and condition with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order. Item/s received outside of this time frame will not be accepted and returned to the customer.
The item/s MUST be in their original condition with no makeup stains, perfume odours and or missing tags. If an item is returned to us with any of the above we will return the item to you;
The customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item/s to Harmony and Grace and the exchange being sent back out. It is advisable to return the package via a traceable postage service. Harmony and Grace will not be liable for any lost returns.
Due to health regulations, we are UNABLE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ANY Underwear,Headwear or Earrings.
Please note and consider before purchasing a sale item; our sale items are non changeable or refundable so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns (exchange or credits) on sale items due to a change of mind.
